How can I get more information? How can I apply?

International

You are invited to consider serving with Mennonite Church Canada Witness.

The application and appointment process to serve abroad requires discernment which can take from 3 to 12 months. This involves several steps, and will include:

  • Filling out a Personnel Information Form and providing us with references
  • An interview and a screening assessment
  • Discernment involving one’s home congregation and with international partners
  • Appointment letter
  • Follow-up preparations for assignment, including attendance at Mission Seminar, a gathering of mission personnel hosted in Canada or the USA in summer.

See Categories of Workers to get more information about Witness Worker International appointments.

For more information or to start the application process fill out our General Expression of Interest form or call the Human Resources office at Mennonite Church Canada toll-free at 1-866-888-6785, extension 110.

North American

If you are a Canadian who wants to serve in North America, fill out the Expression of Interest form at Mennonite Voluntary Service Adventure (MVSA) to start the process.
